IBM forum 2017 was held during April 6~7th in Hong Kong. The event this year was also celebrating IBM’s 60th anniversary of being in Hong Kong. The forum wanted to show how technology can benefit people’s lives. Professional C-level administrators and IT developers in retail and finance as well as government officials attended the forum and made speeches. Sanbot is IBM’s only robotics partner that was invited to this forum.

At the booth, the Qihan Sanbot team together with Jerry, the IBM HK engineer, demonstrated two innovative solutions of IBM Watson used on Sanbot: Ordering coffee and Bank reception services. The live human-robot interaction demos attracted the interest of professional personalities from various circles.
