[March 8-9, 2017] The Bazaarvoice Summit is an event for Bazaarvoice clients and partners. The theme was “The Network Effect.” This event had an exciting special guest, breakout sessions, networking opportunities, an amazing closing party, and more.
At the summit, all the participants, who are the best brands and the best in retail, finance, automotive, hotels, and research, conversed with each other to discover new ideas to help their respective businesses.

One of the highlights at the summit was the Sanbot service robot. Sanbot elevates the robot through a customized open ecosystem with a combination of “Hard-ware, APP and Cloud-service”. Sanbot can offer customized solutions in various scenarios that cover a number of fields, including retail, education, healthcare, hospitality, and security. Sanbot attracted countless people’s attention.
Cooperating with IBM Watson, the voice recognition of Sanbot and the interaction Sanbot had with visitors is far better than other robot suppliers. At the gate, Sanbot greeted visitors and broadcasted the agenda and main contents of the summit.

Sanbot had a couple of roles at the summit, a greeter and gracious assistant host. Sanbot introduced the speakers by voice or CV projection. During the speech, Sanbot interacted with the speaker and audience members with ease.
