On Dec 2nd, 2016, the director Mr. Wu and vice director Mr. He from Zhuhai Division of Exit-Entry Administration Bureau of Guangdong Province, with the other 17 officials, arrived at Qihan Technology Co. Ltd. for formal visit and investigation. Mr. Lin, president of Qihan, carrying the related managers, received the official team warmly and took a deep communication and study on the application of Sanbot robot.

Accompanied with Mr. Lin, Director Wu and his team visited Qihan’s Manufacturing Center in Guangming District. They watched the manufacture and operation of robot production lines, and spoke highly of Qihan’s large manufacturing scale and advanced automatic production modes.

And then, they came to Qihan Headquarter, watched Sanbot robots’ performance and experienced the facial recognition and voice interaction functions of the cute robots. Wu’s team listened to the introductions and resolutions of Sanbot platform robot. They fully affirmed the robot when knowing of the wide usage covering most of the commercial areas and even home service.

Mr. Wu stressed, Chinese government requires the service robot should be more intelligentized. That is a matter good for the nation and the people significantly, and will help civilians to solve problems better, faster and more efficiently.

Together with Qihan technical team, they studied how to apply the research achievement of customized and scenario-based to Exit-Entry Administration Bureau, to optimize the questions from passengers and improve the window service quality, user experience and other Exit-Entry problems. “We have been considering seriously the importance of Exit-Entry Administration Bureau’s job, our robots’ joining-in must solve the actual problems”, Technical Manager from Qihan told Wu’s team.

In recent years, Chinese government has been trying to reform and transfer to intelligent-serving government. With the deep influence of “Internet plus” policy and the coming of civilians’ consuming upgrade, public service’s integration, one-stop and individuation are more and more important. “Internet plus” has been the new orientation of new working style and it has been the right trend to apply intelligent devices, big data etc. to public service.

As the representative of artificial intelligent product, Sanbot platform robot breaks the barriers and fully meets the requirement of Chinese government service in new times. The watch and investigation of Zhuhai Division’s leaders reflects that Chinese government pay higher attention to the development and application of hi-tech products, especially to robot.
